Reflections of a Leader: Discover your hidden talents for building A highly successful journey for yourself!

Fifty years plus as a senior leader in the Life Insurance Industry in both Europe and Asia, Mike attributes his considerable success from engaging, empowering, and collaborating with all his stakeholders. Much of his learning through self-reflection rather than books. Many of the models he writes about were developed by combining the thoughts of the team to perform at the highest levels. In his words, “”My success was really the success of the teams that I led””. What do those who worked with Mike say? “”Mike was an amazing boss and helped to develop me into the CEO I am today through his vision and leadership and especially how to see staff as the biggest asset of the company. His distribution experience was crucial in building the sales and hence the positioning in the market in Thailand.”” – David Korunic (CEO) “”Mike Plaxton is definitely the real deal. Enviable record of outstanding measurable success in Asia.”” – Martin Hill (Business Partner) “”I have never met someone with the utmost enthusiasm and energy for what he was working on. His leadership skills were exactly what he was preaching. He can help the team to visualize the mission of the company, no doubt, he is still the leader who I can trust. The wealth of his knowledge is unmatched by any leader in my career. I look up to him as my leader rather than my boss.”” – Han Rademaker (CAO) – ASIN: 1917399316 | ISBN13: 9781917399319 | ISBN-13: 978-1917399319
